Have us install a Energy Star approved Tankless Water Heater that will be over 82% energy efficient. While heating water on demand it will keep your energy costs down. Right now they are eligible for $400 rebate from XcelEnergy . Check with your energy provider for rebates on new water heaters and boilers. Tank water heaters also are eligible for rebates through XcelEnergy.

Ways To Save Water

Remove water wasting toilet: If your toilet was installed before 1992 you may consider replacing it with a more water efficient 1.6 gal flush. We now provide dual flush toilets also. These toilets give you the option of a 1 gallon flush or a standard 1.6 gallon flush.

Repair Leaky Faucets: One drop per second from a leaky faucet wastes up to 400 gallons of water a year. Not only is water being wasted, but so is the energy used to heat the water. That leak will eventually erode your sink or tub and leave an ugly mark.

Replace old faucets: install new ones with a lower flow rate to reduce water consumption.
